緩步於法鼓山步道，慢慢地放鬆身心、收攝身心、安定身心、放下身心。在潺潺水聲環繞、花木扶疏輝映的步道上，體驗禪法，淨化身心，與大自然合而為一。果然走路即是環保，走路即有健康，走路就是修行。塵勞頓消，身心舒適！

DharmaDrumMountaincouldnotexistwithoutvolunteers,whohavecontributedtoeverybladeofgrassandplant,everypieceofrockandsoil,everyDharmaassemblyandservice,aswellaseveryChanpracticeactivityandretreat.Theymanifestadown-to-earthandsincereenergy,bysharingthesameaspirationandcommittingtoacommongoal:tobuildawonderfulpurelandonearth.
